• Located in the area of Burnham Hill Street.

• Paint the Town house projects
• Santa theme for Christmas. Each home that wishes to have on has a lighted Santa in the yard.
• Each historic light pole is decorated with lights.
• Annual Christmas celebration with Rodeo Grounds neighborhood
• Awards for best yard in the summer and best lights at Christmas.
