“Prettiest Lights Winners 2006”

Neighborhood Housing Services of the Black Hills, Inc. is proud to announce the winners of the Prettiest Lights for 2006. Competition was tough this year and due to the many beautiful displays in Central City, Deadwood, and Lead. A special thank you also goes out to the crews who helped light up the city main streets and parks in Central City, Deadwood, and Lead.
