Deb Niesent with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Spearfish, presented Neighborhood Housing Services of the Black Hills (NHS) with a $5,000 donation Tuesday, December 5, 2006, from the Wells Fargo Housing Foundation in support of their annual, “Campaign for Neighborhoods.”

“We are extremely pleased by the commitment Wells Fargo has shown toward Neighborhood Housing,” said NHS Executive Director Joy McCracken. “Through the on-going commitment of Wells Fargo and other similar partners, NHS has helped to change hundreds of lives throughout the Black Hills.”

Since 1998, NHS has assisted 522 families with the dream of homeownership, McCracken noted. The donation to Neighborhood Housing Services’ “Campaign for Neighborhoods,” assists residents with the dream of home ownership.
